You're free to browse this site and use the contact form to reach us. Don't use it to send spam, attempt to breach our systems, or scrape content for resale.

Services and engagements

Any design, development, marketing, or AI work Xivos performs for you is governed by a separate signed proposal or statement of work, which takes priority over these terms where the two conflict.

Intellectual property

Content on this site, including the Xivos name, logo and copy, belongs to Xivos. Deliverables produced under a signed engagement transfer to the client according to the terms of that engagement.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. Xivos isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Liability for paid engagements is capped as defined in the relevant statement of work.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
